In general, orders are shipped via Priority Mail® International, direct from New York and take 6-10 business days at a rate of $45 USD for a standard bodyboard. Smaller/lighter orders will be less, and heavier, larger items may be more. You may be contacted after the order for additional shipping charges, depending on what items are ordered. If you're order will be smaller than a standard bodyboard box (i.e. pair of fins, clothing, DVD), our international shipping settings are configured to automatically charge $45 shipping for orders over $60, so in cases like this, we can offer cheaper shipping options. Smaller, lighter orders will be approx $12-35 USD and again, generally take 6-10 business days.

We package our shipments with great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We are also available by email around the clock, often answering within just a few minutes, so don't go far! International Orders
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Whenever possible, we ship using discrete, unmarked plain shipping boxes. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. If you have any special requests or questions, please contact us directly to discuss your options.

Additional costs:
It is the responsibility of the customer to determine any additional costs such as, but not limited to import duties, local delivery charges, etc.
We make every effort to give the you the cheapest, fastest, most reliable shipping options available. If a shipment is refused for any reason and returned to AtlanticBodyboards.com, any and all subsequent delivery charges will NOT be refunded. If customer provides an invalid or incorrect address upon ordering, all shipping charges the customer’s responsibility including shipping costs to re-send the package.
Please note it is possible your shipment could be held by customs in the receiving country, and unforeseen delays are always a possibility, so shipping times are estimated and never guaranteed.

If you did not receive your shipment:
If you received a shipping notice from us but your item does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. In case of non-receipt of a shipment, we are required to wait 60 days from the shipment date before a refund or another shipment can be initiated.

Out-of-stock items:
In the event that items you ordered are back-ordered or not in stock, we reserve the right to hold the order until all items can be shipped together. In this situation, we will e-mail you with an estimated availability date of the items, and we can also offer you different options at that point. We recommend that you frequently check your e-mail the week after you place your order. If we are unable to reach you by email, we will attempt to call you.

Damaged/incomplete shipments:
If the event you receive a shipment that is damaged or missing item(s), please contact us IMMEDIATELY. In the event an item is damaged, we will request that you email a digital photo of damaged items as proof, so we can submit a claim to the shipping courier. All of our shipments are insured, so retaining all original packaging and items is REQUIRED in order to provide a refund or ship a replacement order.
In some cases, you may be asked to return-ship items initially at your expense, and you will receive reimbursement upon our receipt of those items.

Warranted items:
The products we carry are often covered by warranties by their manufacturers. If you have an item you claim to be defective, please email a photo and describe the defect. It is ultimately the manufacturer’s decision to repair or replace the item in question.
