We will generally ship UPS GROUND on most board orders within the US, and USPS Priority on small local items. We use Priority Mail International for orders outside the USA which generally takes 6-10 business days. We will use whatever method is most economical and/or fastest. If you have any specific questions or preferences in terms of shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you are on the East Coast, we can GROUND ship your order to you in 1-3 days, West Coast 1-6 days (if you prefer, you can pay to have your order expedited i.e. Overnight Express but this has become very costly due to the increasing price of fuel). It is possible that an order (or portion of an order) may take longer, for example, if an item needs to be special-ordered or is back-ordered, in which case you will be notified in advance.

General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AtlanticBodyboards.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If we paid for shipping we will deduct this amount from the refunded amount. If fee promotional items were included with your order, these will have to be returned in new condition as well, or w reserve the right to deduct the value of these items from the credit as well.
Some items (such as garage sale, wetsuits, customs, or special orders) may not be eligable for returns, or may have special returns policies.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How to Return
1. Send us an e-mail stating what and why you are returning an item by clicking on the Contact Us link
2. We will provide a unique RA#. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance (21 days for international orders) of the RA# at which time the RA# expires.
3) Pack the item(s) in a sturdy box and ship the box via UPS or other insured shipping service. The RA# MUST be clearly written on the outside of the box when it is returned to us.

4) We will issue your credit the day the product arrives in our warehouse. Please note that credit card companies can take 2-4 weeks to have the credit show up on your statement.
5) There are no refunds on shipping charges. On items that were shipped free, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs
All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging . Incomplete, used, or damaged returns will not be accepted and will be return-shipped at the customers expense.
